Menu
We've drafted a menu based on traditional diner foods and on the things we wish we could find in DC but can't. Then we scrapped it because we felt like we were trying to do too much at once. We simplified the menu, keeping favorites that fit our projected kitchen and storage facilities, and added flexibility and a touch of randomness to make every day a little more interesting.
The menu is based on a core group of entrees, sandwiches, and sides. In addition we will have both daily and weekly specials. Depending on our success in the kitchen and interest by our customers, these specials may migrate on to our permanent menu. One weekly special in particular that we look forward to offering is a weekly premium burger - fresh, handmade in our kitchen, and a different style every week.
